Regulators were captured by the pokies industry, for 20 years since the Gambling Act was passed.
FFNPA is pushing back against Gambling Commission decisions and DIA policies and practices.

Donate to our Fighting Fund

We have been taking on the pokies industry and its regulators with the help of pro bono (free) lawyers.
But we need to pay fees to file our cases, and to provide "surety for costs" (awarded to the other side if one of our cases failed).
So far the courts have waived some or all of these fees, because our cases were in the public interest.

The next stage of our strategy is to close down venues. This will affect private commercial interests, so we are more likely to have to pay court fees and/or surety for costs.
We may need up to $40,000 for a case. Your contribution to our Fighting Fund will help pay those costs.
